Season of Wonder, Season of Light Unison/2 Part

Season of Wonder is a popular performance piece for choirs and orchestras during December holiday concerts.  The composition has a gentle 3/4 melody with original lyrics. It is appropriate for performance by upper elementary and middle school groups.

Shiru Ladonai – 2 part / three part mixed

Hebrew text setting of Psalm 96.  Rhythmic, canonical with a brief homophonic middle section.  The Hebrew is easily learned by any age group.

The Call – SATB, Piano

A setting of John Donne’s famous poem.  “Come my way my truth, my light …”  Suitable for either High School or a church choir.

Chiribim Chiribom – SATB piano

An arrangement of the well known Yiddish Folksong.  Alternates between the traditional melody and madrigal style sections.  There are NO Yiddish words used in this song.  Most lyrics are the title words sung a vocables.  Lot’s of fun for both High School and Adult Choirs.
